Etisalat, Emirates ID and Dubai Taxi honoured for customer service [Seven Days (United Arab Emirates)]

The prizes were handed out by the Middle EastExcellence Awards Institute.

Hotel and Resort Customer Care Excellence Award – Ritz Carlton, DIFC 7. Electronics Customer Care Excellence Award – Samsung 8. Banking & Finance Customer Care Excellence Award – Emirates NBD 9. Airport Customer Care Excellence Award – Abu Dhabi Airport 10. Airline Customer Care Excellence Award – Etihad Airways 11. Automobile Customer Care Excellence Award – Jaguar Land Rover 12. Telecom Customer Care Excellence Award – Saudi Telecom Company 13. Healthcare Customer Care Excellence Award – Saudi Red Crescent Authority Ali Al Kamali, Managing Director of Middle East Excellence Awards Institute, said: "The awards this year honor all the path breaking leaders in the Middle East for their utmost dedication and contribution toward enhancing the new generation smart customer care models in the region."
