Under the agreement, Huawei will provide Etisalat with a range of consulting services, which involve developing Etisalat's capabilities for offering mobile broadband (MBB), fixed broadband (FBB), internet protocol television (IPTV) and the launch of first commercial eMBMS (LTE Video based on Multicast and Broadcast) services in the Mena region.
