Saudi Telecom mandates two global banks and one local bank to manage sukuk issuance [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports]

(IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Saudi Telecom Company (STC) mandated JP Morgan, Standard Chartered and Saudi Arabia's National Commercial Bank to arrange its upcoming sukuk issuance, Reuters reported. STC's decision followed shareholder approval on April 2 to diversify the sources of funding for the kingdom's largest telecom operator with both land and mobile services. STC remains undecided on the size, pricing or the currency in which it will issue the sukuks.   (c) 2014 Emerging Markets Direct Media Holdings LLC Provided by Syndigate.info, an Albawaba.com company
