Tech Mahindra forms JV for Saudi Arabia [ITP.net (United Arab Emirates)]


(ITP.net (United Arab Emirates) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Tech Mahindra has entered into a joint venture with Midad Holding to increase its presence in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement will found Tech Mahindra Arabia as a joint venture between the two. Tech Mahindra will hold 51% of the company while Midad, a a subsidiary of Al Fozan trading group, will have the remaining 49%.

Tech Mahindra Arabia will focus on activities such as consulting, application development and management, network services, integration, engineering, managed services, remote infrastructure management, operational & maintenance services and business process outsourcing.
