Saudi Arabia : SCTA President inaugurates Mobile Phone Compliant Service and Customer Relationship Management project [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, President of SCTA, recently inaugurated at the headquarters of SCTA in Riyadh, the Mobile Phone Complaint Service and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project. Vice-President of SCTA for Marketing and Programs, Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al Sheikh in this context said that, the Mobile Phone Complaint Service falls under SCTA s persistent efforts to facilitate address complaints raised by citizens on tourism services and activities that do not meet their needs as well as address the obstacles and difficulties they may face Besides listening to citizens' suggestions and observations that can contribute to the development of local tourism. The new service will be delivered through Saudi Tourism Application, which is allowed for Android and IOS systems. It aims to facilitate citizens communication with SCTA as well as to facilitate the delivery of citizens complaints, suggestions and remarks to SCTA. The complaint sent through this system can access images and locations coordinates for easy follow up. Al Sheikh further stated that, SCTA works under the direction of its President, HRH Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, for developing everything that my enhance the sector and serve the tourist. On the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project, Al Sheikh said that, the project falls within the framework of the Commission's efforts in providing a service system that enable SCTA s staff to communicate with both the citizens and the residents as well as public and private sectors in an expeditious manner.
