PCCW Global, Paratus Telecom to enhance HD voice [CommsMEA (United Arab Emirates)](CommsMEA (United Arab Emirates) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) PCCW Global and Paratus Telecom of Namibia have signed an international MPLS and IPX interconnection agreement to enhance HD voice and MPLS network coverage in Namibia and neighbouring countries. The collaboration will provide PCCW Global additional access to Angola and Zambia. Paratus Telecom's Ethernet, voice and IP VPN coverage will be extended via PCCW Global's resilient MPLS/IPX network. John D'Alton, Paratus Telecom's managing director, said: "This collaboration is an important milestone in the development of our international business, especially for international data and voice services. It will extend coverage of our services beyond Namibia to the rest of the world and vice versa.
