Huawei 2014 LTE Revenue to USD4bn


(Sinocast Telecommunications Beat (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SHENZHEN, October 30, SinoCast -- Huawei President for the LTE production line Wang Jun said 154 of a total of 331 commercial LTE networks were deployed by Huawei in the third quarter of this year, ranking the industry's first, and annual LTE revenue will hit USD 4 billion.



Huawei has helped South Korea LG U +, Britain EE, Deutsche Telekom, Spain Telefonica, Japan Softbank, Telenor, TeliaSonera, Vodafone, Bharti Telecom, Saudi Telecom, Etisalat, Canada Bell & TELUS, MTS and other leading operators in the world to open commercial LTE business.

Huawei's LTE has entered the world's more than 100 capital cities as well as nine financial centers, such as London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Zurich, Seoul, Tokyo, Geneva and Toronto. Huawei participated in the LTE network deployment in 14 of 17 overseas cities with a population of more than 4 million, compared with 13 by Ericsson; Huawei participated in the deployment in 19 of 37 pieces of LTE network with users of more than 1 million, compared with 28 by Ericsson.
