He stated that the company is planning to initiate offering its services to subscribers five weeks after purchasing the license without frequencies. The company is all set on the marketing, technical and administrative levels to offer comprehensive telecommunications services nationwide at one time, according to him. The customer service system of the whole company will be set up to include a highly-qualified team. The company will provide a package of services and offers for the current subscribers, expecting to receive 5 percent of the market of mobile carriers in Egypt, the CEO stated. Its code will be 0155. The telecommunications market obtained LE35 billion last year, 15 percent for Telecom Egypt, at the same time the rest went to the mobile operators, he added.
