Partner Communications Announces That It Was Awarded a Frequency Bandwidth of 5MHz in the 4G Frequencies TenderPartner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:PTNR) (TASE:PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that it was awarded a frequency bandwidth of 5MHz in the 1800MHz spectrum, for a consideration of NIS 33.5 million, as part of the 4G frequencies tender that terminated last night. This frequency allocation and the execution of the network sharing agreement with Hot Mobile Ltd., in which both companies will share the frequency bandwidths in their possession (subject to receipt of the Ministry of Communications' approval), will enable the Company's customers to benefit from the realization of the full 4G technology advantages.
