2share to Sell Interactive Intelligence's Portfolio of Contact Centre Software in Saudi Arabia

Interactive Intelligence Middle East, a regional arm of the global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with 2share to promote Interactive Intelligence’s (News - Alert) portfolio of contact centre software and business process automation solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2share is a Saudi owned provider of end-to-end enterprise communications. The terms of the agreement calls on 2share to sell, implement and service Interactive’s products and services portfolio across all market segments and verticals in Saudi.
As per this agreement, 2share is responsible for promoting Interactive’s Customer Interaction Center product suite, an all-in-one application suite that manages all contact center interactions on one platform architected for SIP and VoIP.
Additionally, 2share is also expected to promote Interaction Process Automation “IPA,” an all-in-one Communications Based Process Automation solution from Interactive.
Safwan Ahmed AlZuhaili, sales director at 2share said, sees a huge potential for Interactive Intelligence’s portfolio of products and solutions in Saudi Arabia. “ININ’s call center technology forms a natural part of a total customer solution.”
The company has the knowledge and expertise to promote their products and are confident that customers in Saudi Arabia will be respond well to the technology,” AlZuhaili said.
Interactive Intelligence is a global provider of unified business communications solutions for contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony, and business process automation.
David Paulding, regional sales director for the U.K., Middle East and Africa at Interactive Intelligence said the Saudi market is the largest IT and Communications market in the region and that the company needed a partner with a strong presence and understanding of the local market, a high level of communication technology skill set and a wide network of customer and partner contacts.
“2share is a young, dynamic and energetic company which scored high on all these requirements, making them a natural choice,” Paulding said, adding that the company will offer extensive support and training to their staff in implementing Interactive’s solutions and attaining the various required accreditations.
Last month, Interactive Intelligence Middle East showcased the first-of-its-kind and prized Customer Interaction Center, or “CIC,” solution at the Middle East Call Centre 2010 Show.
